A Pig in a Fur Coat - Madison

This is a very special place with unique food and drinks. They feature shareables in smaller and larger portions, including some amazing pasta dishes. Our favorite was the Yolk filled Raviolo one very large ravioli which we had topped with sauteed morel mushrooms. It was amazing. The gnocchi was also quite good. The chitarra says it has calamari on it, and it probably does, but just a small amount. For the larger plates, the jerk rabbit has a striking jerk flavor, and the bison short ribs melt in your mouth. The chiffon cake is a tasty dessert. They have a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines. Service is good. We will very likely come back.

Wonderful, exciting, and interesting spot. It's not cheap, and the portions aren't big, but everything is delicious, and well thought out. Seasonal menu? How about a daily menu! Great taste, good drinks from the bar, and wonderful staff. The gnocchi was probably the best I've ever had!

This is a must stop for a nicer dinner in Madison. One of the best dinners. They have a tight menu featuring a handful of starters, 4 pastas and 4 entrees....
