I called with a question to find out if they still have pizza by the slice. I absolutely love their cheese pizza (it's greasy but delicious! In the 10 seconds I was on the phone with the gentleman who had answered my call, he asked me to hold on a moment. I could hear a customer in the background yelling at him for taking a call. He very calmly and politely explained to him that yes he is a customer but he was also helping a customer on the phone. I chose to end my call and let this guy deal with the disgruntled customer. I just stopped in instead and thanked him for how professionally he handled the situation. There wasn't any cheese pizza currently in the case, so I just requested one to be made. It didn't take long at all and the lady that rung me up was also very nice and actually had a smile! I've noticed lots of negative reviews on here, and while I was in the store I noticed a lot of customers getting irritated for not being in and out in 10 seconds! I don't know what kind of businesses people usually go to, but no matter where you go and no matter how many employees are currently working, you are not the only thing they have to focus on. People need to suck it up and grow up and learn that getting whatever you are picking up from a 7-11 is not an emergency!!
