Wendy's - Madison Heights

I wouldn't come here again. Got a Dave's single (lukewarm to cold), fries (hot) spicy nuggets (lukewarm) and drinks. Food was awful. MIL got a Dave's single, and it was also cold. Workers all had on street clothes and treated us like an inconvenience. Were here on Saturday March 9 around 1pm. Never again.

Their computer system is always down. But the staff is awesome, courteous and attentive.

I have a lousy 30 minutes for lunch so a crispy chicken sandwich sounded good . I get back to work and chix sand was raw in the center.. called mgr and she said bring it back for a replacement.. No thank you! Plus lunchtime is up and going back to work hungry.. no wonder there were No cars in the lot or in the restaurant!

Don't eat here. Food was cooked 20 minutes before hand. Never again.

Lukewarm:Fries, burger and soda.I should have known when I pulled up to keep going. Got what I expected. The service wasn't bad. Too bad the food didn't match.
