Subway - Madison Heights

I tried for lunch today after visiting the new Subway menu. The new steak and cheese is delicious. I don't really know if it was really much better than before, like the flavors of Subway were all still there, but maybe the steak was a little more tender and the sandwich was removed with Gusto.

The subs at this restaurant were excellent, earning five stars from me. However, I have to deduct one star due to the service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but there was an issue with using a voucher. I presented a coupon for a buy one, get one free deal on footlong subs, but was informed by the Subway employee that it could not be accepted. Instead, I was offered a deal to buy two for $13. I accepted this, assuming they did not accept coupons. However, I was surprised when the next customer was asked if they had a voucher for their order. This inconsistency in policy was disappointing.

Draeden, an employee at the restaurant, was very kind and made me a delicious sub sandwich. The customer service was excellent.

We tried the steak and cheese melt sub and it was fantastic! Our order was prepared exactly as we requested online with no mistakes. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious. Subway has definitely earned a spot on my list of go-to places for lunch or dinner.
