Bidrage med feedbackWe were a party of five that came together for the family dinner. Everyone was very happy with his food. The salad was very fresh. Meals were delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The cookies were a bit disappointed. They were small and not as gloomy. The waitress is pretty efficient. All in all, it was a nice lunch.
This location was great the service was Immaculate the food was delicious.. Our server Jennifer was very knowledgeable made great recommendations. Jennifer also does an extraordinary job in what she does. Jennifer gave us to help you return WANT. We have made an excellent decision to choose this location. Red Lobster has made 360 degree change, such as services and foods in the past. Keep the amazing work and we will get back for the same services or even better.
Fully disappointed and disgusting with this place! We were here to celebrate the high school division of my nephew, but the joyful opportunity was ruined when I discovered a stack of plastic bags on the bottom of my salad. Waitress Taylor was just as horrified as I was, but when manager Jessica was called to the table, she was extremely laxidaisy and careless about the thing. Only offered to personally make a new salad that came out a bit too fast, which was to be seen as they did not wear gloves, apron, hair scarf or mask. Her monotonous apology was subpar and not sincere. Waitress Taylor is the only reason why we could still enjoy our meal as it was very pleasant, attentive and efficient with our 13 member party ALL BY HERSELF! She definitely keeps her up. Will take my business elsewhere!
Your new shrimps grits. Bomb baby. My sister and I have it and both where I am in love. Our only problem was not enough grips, but we hit two countries. Try SHRIMP GRITS. Our niece had lobsters. Good food
My daughter loves Red Lobster, so the service we received was quite disappointing. We were seated right away ?? . However, our waitress was not attentive whatsoever. She was polite, but was a ghost in the same breath. I asked for water to drink while we reviewed the menu, as new items had been added. 23 minutes later she comes back, without water, to take our order. For the drinks, we ordered an apple juice and a virgin strawberry daiquiri. For the meals we ordered the Ultimate Feast lobster tail, shrimp scampi, Walt 's favorite shrimp, crab legs, and 2 sides and the Mariner 's Feast Salmon smeared with lobster cream sauce on rice, walt 's favorite shrimp, scallops, and 2 sides . I asked for biscuits because the kid was hungry, and I thought they were supposed to automatically give you the biscuits at Red Lobster ?????. 10 minutes later she returns with only an apple juice, no straw, and said she 'll be back with my VSD. Another 15 minutes later, my drink with a straw and the biscuits come. Over an hour later another waitress brings our food, and literally nothing was hot or even warm for that matter. ??????????????? The fries were already experiencing rigor mortus, the crab legs were cold, dried out, and mummified too, the scallops were still raw with a little sun tan... The waitress never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. However, about 15 minutes into eating, mid stride on to the promise land she sure placed the tablet on the table and said, you can pay whenever you 're ready . ?? Like bruh, where the heck have you been all my life? I thought you quit after we ordered. I legit thought she quit, because she was goners. Did a whole mental clap for her because she saw her worth, just for this chic to still work there but dipped out for spring break, and popped back up with the bill. If I hadn 't allowed my kid to pick the food in celebration of her earning a 4.0, we would have bounced after the first milk run the waitress went on. And no, we never received the water or the straw for the apple juice.
