You have the best ice cream and service in EGYPT! Amazing flavors, great variety, excellent service, out of the box icecream/snack options.. amazing place Staff are very friendly and professional. They are clean and always wearing gloves. The owner sometimes serves you which gives u a great impression. My favorite place in Cairo.. i always cant resist being around bel gelato and not going there for a treat

Firstly, this is not an ice cream parlor. This is oh so much more than that. The gentleman is an artist who creates artisnal delights. He loves what he does and this love transfers to the gelato that he creates. My friends and I arrived as he was closing but he kept his store open and welcomed us in. One of my friends was fluent in Italian so between them they had a little rift in Italian whilst I enjoyed the pure cherry gelato. Not only would I recommend it; I would travel from alex just to eat there again. Hamza, thank you for being yourself and don't ever stop bringing so much joy to those who are lucky enough to taste your creations. Abdullah

Sometimes its hard to find the right words to describe something because whatever you say, it won't do justice to the place. Its simply the best ice cream ever and I'll go as far as saying not only in Egypt but in the world. You have to try the panini its perfect and all the sorbet flavors are just heavenly.

The best lemon and pineapple ice cream eveeeeer and the lemon panino was great. A lovely cozy place. Will gather friends and pay more visits. Grazie mille. xx

This is by far the best authentic Italian ice cream O tasted in Egypt. Made by people who truly love their Italian Gelato. Their pineapple ice cream is out of this world although I don't like pineapple :-D As an owner and chef myself of Ami's Pies, I HIGHLY recommend Bel Gelato. If you didnt try it you are missing out on a lot!
