When you see workers handle money, the phone, or other non food preparation things WITHOUT changing their gloves makes you want to scream. We had to remind the people making our subs to change their gloves and not use a common cutting board. Health inspectors are failing at their job by not closing this place. I heard that the owner hates all the expenses of cleaning and glove supplies. Maybe being fined a few hundred thousand dollars might wake them up.

I ordered the Dommy Salami and it was delicious. They are very slow at preparing it, but worth it. The bread is very authentic tasting. I will definitely be returning!
