Bidrage med feedbackThe fish and chips at this restaurant are amazing, with great service and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning, especially because the young man, who I assume is the owner's son, always provides excellent service. Overall, the pizza, burgers, and fish and chips at Donatello's are delicious. However, the only problem is that I end up gaining 5 kilos a week because I order so much food every day.
The calamari at this restaurant is excellent, and the fish dishes are usually delicious. The double-fried fish is best enjoyed in fatter or thicker pieces to retain more moisture compared to thin fillets. The burgers are really good with a good selection and tasty buns, offering a typical takeaway experience with a Swanniassa twist. The chips are also tasty, and a minimum order of $4.50 is enough for two people. However, sauce is extra and comes in small packets, which may not be worth the extra cost of 20 cents. The outdoor tables allow you to enjoy the ambiance of the nearby car park and view of Red Rooster across the children's playground. You may find yourself browsing in Coles or the chemist while waiting for your order.
The burgers are delicious and juicy, the potato scallops are not greasy, the pizza is divine, and there is a wide variety of affordable salads. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Donatello's is a pretty good fish and chip shop. They pride themselves on fresh produce and have a good salad bar and gelati freezer. I haven't tried their pizzas yet. There is some seating outside if you want to eat there.
This wonderful family, old style taking away is sadly gone. after she recently sold the business. Unfortunately, the new owners don't seem to know what we want to be regular. I took a look at the third eye (new name) menu and went away. admitted, I was already worried...if a handwritten mark last week on potential clientele is called “hemmy”. (cring.) are the fish cocktails, potato scallops, pineapple butter, broken savs and bread food. their only “fish and chips” option is a full barramundi menu for $19.50 this is a more wanted “café”, but without sitting or barista. I seriously don't know where I'm going to take off quickly, as the neighboring shop is good and really gone.
