Zaxby's - Mableton

It is the customer service for me! I haven't had Zaxbys for years because the bad customer service and the overall quality had negatively influenced my experience. I came back twice a week! The drive thru staff is so polite and efficient. The orders were fresh, but above all they were right. Keep the good work!

The drive thru is ALWAYS longer than a saloon! They do their best to keep waiting times low, but the line is still long! Zaxbys definitely has the best salads in a fast food restaurant most sitting restaurants! The wings are too lol.

Kenan was a wonderful cashier it is nighttime and he showed great customer service no matter what he was asked. he had such a friendly smile and warm energy. It was my night.
