Rozemarijn BV - Maastricht

Discovered the restaurant on 9. December 2022 and we all took the 5-course menu. We are very happy about the quality of food, very warm timely service, the quality of wine by glass. We will return to this restaurant! Congratulations to the cooking team!

A very nice meal. My only comment would be the quality of the wine that was poured for tasting menus. The diversity was well thought out, but they were generally cheap bottles. For the price, I would have preferred a nice bottle that costs about the same.

Het eten was heerlijk! Maar er waren wel wat experimentele gerechten, zoals tonijnsteak met mango-ijs, waarvan ik de combinatie niet zo geslaagd vond. De wijnkaart was echter prachtig!

Een rode peper in je amuse is geen smaakbom , dat is een onprettige ervaring
