Pizzeria Napoli Chez Nicolo & Franco Morreale

After three days of French food we needed a little less. french while I try to avoid pizza while it's on the go (it feels a rotten choice) this was good breaking habit. pizza was very good and cheap. the location is something.

I have been coming to this restaurant for more than 15 years and feel like a family member. nicole welcomes the clientele and often breaks out in the song while its brother franco magic pizzas creates. this is a family affair with three generations of family and the quality of eating is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. they look at the American signs on the wall.

I go for the fourth time in this very good restaurant. Due to its success, the tables are very tight, it’s hot enough, people speak loud and for the first time, the server has pressed us well: 3 times in 5 minutes to ask us if we have chosen and as soon as the plate is finished we get paid quickly to push us out...

The resto is very classic and rather noisy with quite strong music. The big positive point is that they serve pizza in the week until 11:00, which is quite rare to be highlighted! Even at 9:30 and only a Wednesday, I had to book and wait a bit before I could go home. That said, the wait was short. Inside, despite the world and the orders in delivery and take away, I was served very quickly. Given the number of Italian restaurants pizzerias on Lyon, I decided to test them to make my idea, being quite demanding on pizzas. I will try to compare them on the basis of 4 criteria: pate: 5: very good. Fine enough, inflated sidewalks, a beautiful coloration. It feels like it's cooked in wood fire. She's both crispy and mellow. Tomato sauce: 3 5, correct but too salty. Could have a little more herbs of Provence or garlic to raise the garnish taste: 3 5, a little disappointed, arranged in bulk on pizza, grouped on some parts and absent on others. She was good without being exceptional. visual taste: 2 5, like the trim, a little bit loose and not extremely tasted. Final note: 13 20

Very good pizza, friendly boss and fast service.
