Chez Lucien - Bistrotier - Lyon

Second experience in Lucien and I think it's my favorite address when I go to Lyon, the menu is always super interesting with fresh and rather seasonal products. The presentation is really beautiful and the menu price is quite justified by the quality of the dishes. I took the foie gras in the entrance and lamb ris in the apartment, really excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to come back next time!

A nice bistro with a beautiful terrace in the summer: it is Chez Lucien. We were welcomed despite Lucien's absence that I am on us would have welcomed him on the way!. In a pleasant setting we enjoyed the lobster bosquet, served a little warm to my taste. I really wanted to eat the crispy mountain pig shoulder with roast carrots, nothing that the statement made me dirty but unfortunately I don't like the carrots, the waitress told me that they couldn't be replaced by another vegetable. What a shame! So I chose the squirrel, the mussels and the aïolis. I wasn't really disappointed: the fish was very fresh and the kitchen was perfect. A dish full of flavors, I enjoyed myself. The desserts, very classic, are just as delicious. The products are fresh, seasonal and French. A very beautiful and good address but be careful Book your table!

Beautiful frame inside and outside. Service a little long but always with a smile. Each dish is a fabulous discovery with a perfect mastery of textures and flavours. Unfortunately, we haven't met Lucien, but it gives a pretext to come back!

Quality cuisine, excellent traditional restaurant of Lyon cuisine. Quality still exists. I came back to Lucien, for the third time, the cuisine is a happiness it is a festival of flavors. Well done, it's well prepared, it's well presented, it's well served, it's perfect.
