I ordered delivery and I live less than 5 minutes away from Marcos and it took an hour to get here. Called the store and first time they couldn’t get ahold of the driver, second time she was on her way 40 minutes after I was emailed that the order was on the way. Then the driver called me twice telling me she’s lost. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

With whatever has changed, I am super impressed! Service is great! -Especially over the phone! They are polite, upbeat and sound genuinely happy while taking my order. Previous times, the person taking my order just seemed miserable and inconvenienced. The food has never been bad but it’s BETTER now! Keep up the good work y’all! Service: Delivery

She took the time to help me get the order placed. The order arrived promptly on time to my surprise Brandy delivered the order! Excellent customer service.
