The Neighbors Place - Lynchburg

Everything was fabulous except our server wasn't the friendliest. He wasn't rude but he obviously didn't want to be there. For example, he poured water in my glass spilling some ice and spattering water everywhere including over me and my mother and just walked away. He was bothered by any questions we had and while efficient, he didn't have to sacrifice our experience. It was my mom's 81st birthday so not the best way to spend it. Would go back because everyone else and the food was fabulous, but if in his section again, will be asked to be moved.

I want to say, there was a small mix up with our reservation and the manager quickly assisted us without argument. (Ms. Linsey) She was extremely professional and we were able to be seated almost immediately. Service was great, the food came in a timely manner, and my mother really enjoyed her Mother's Day meal. Thank you guys again.

I ordered my steak medium rare, and it came out well done! I sent it back, and it came out well done! My husband's meal was great. I just learned not to order steak here, but we will go back!

We are in the area for my wife’s graduation and so glad we picked here for dinner. We opted to sit on the patio because it was a beautiful day. We had an early dinner 5ish and wasn’t very busy which made service and food arrival great. Great draft beer and menu selection. And the food was delicious, my wife had the shrimp pesto tortellini and I had the Santa Fe chicken and we both cleaned the plates.. So highly recommend this place, hope to come back and try something else another time.

Service was great and timely but the atmosphere was lacking. We were hoping for a romantic, upscale place to celebrate and this was not it. Our food was good but they seemed to be running out of things...our first beer choice was out and they dis not have pork chops.
