We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday at the La Carreta on TimberLake tonight. Even though it was packed tonight, the manager (Maria) showed such focus to detail regarding our wishes of seating/celebration details and was so careful in making all of our requests flow perfectly. Her management style is something other businesses could learn from! The server who took care of the large party of 12-15 was Louis (not sure of spelling) and he was outstanding, attentive, and met all requests with such a positive attitude. Just a pleasure to have him serve our table! Now on to the food- as always, it was fantastic, great portions, the best around! Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this particular location. 5 from this family!
