Restaurant Portofino - Luzern

5 stars for location, ambiente and amazing eating, personal and service. the bruschetta was amazing, truffle pasta and risotto were so good, homemade fresh pasta and shaved truffles. quality ingredients deep aromes.

I was in awe when I received my food and took a first bite. Everything was so flavourful and delicious, freshly prepared in house and from the best quality ingredients. I found this place simply because was the closest to the hotel we stayed, just around the corner. Luckily we get last table without the reservation on a busy Thursday evening. The service was good and we got our food quite quickly considering the amount of guests in the restaurant at this point. The menu is not big but I'm sure everyone will find something for their taste. I was so hungry I couldn't skip starter, so I ordered bruschetta and it was amazing. The fresh tomatoes were almost sweet and the bread was crunchy. The homemade raviolis with spinach and ricotta accompanied by buttery sauce were melting in my mouth, tagiatelle were perfectly cooked al dente and the sauce rich. I heard the meat was tender and also melted in mouth. I had to try a dessert so I went for panna cotta and they delivered. Sweet and creamy. I would gladly come back if I ever visit Lucerne again. If you love pasta go and try this place out.

Very good address in Lucerne. The servers are adorable (special mention for the one who made the effort to speak French). We had 2 delicious starters, I recommend!

Sehr feines Essen. Service super zuvorkommend, schnell und herzlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ebenso, wie das Essen. Ich kann das Portofino einfach nur empfehlen!
