Hitch - Luxembourg

It’s a but pricey and I’m not a big fan of the new indoor design full or roses ; but the place is overall nice for some drinks and bites after work or party on weekends if young enough. Waiters are attentive and friendly.

I went to hitch with my colleagues, we had a few cocktails. We ate a few appetizers to share, not extraordinary. We had a very bad service from a disrespectful, rude and arrogant waiter who made us feel we didn't spend enough (we paid 45€ per person). We felt the pressure to consume more, our drinks weren't even entirely finished that the waiter was already asking us what else we would be drinking. I won't be returning.

We arrived at the restaurant for lunch at 12.30, and by that time, two out of the three daily specials were already sold out. One of my friends ordered the vegetable lasagne, which was reportedly the last portion available. Unfortunately, it was dry and served with a plain salad. Another issue was the long wait time of nearly an hour for our food to arrive. Despite being a small group, this is an area that definitely needs improvement.

Fun place, great location and super nice staff. There are a few dishes that are not recommended, basically because they are weird, but all in all it's a good place to go for a nice dinner with friends. Would be interesting to see what a party looks like here and hope to check that once back in Luxembourg.

The food at this restaurant can be hit or miss, with some dishes being excellent while others are more style over substance. The service is generally good, although some staff members are not up to par - there is one extremely rude individual. However, the female servers are polite and competent. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant, with friendly patrons. Overall, it seems to be a bit luck-dependent on the experience you will have.
