Fresco Pizza - Lutz

The best pizza in Pasco!!! The pizza is always consistent in the last 8 years. Their garlic knots are amazing and their fried mushrooms are delicious!!

My husband and I ordered dinner here for my family. When I called to place the order the man who answered the phone sounded disinterested and did not speak clearly. My husband picked up the order and when he got home there was an order missing. He called Fresco Pizza back to inform them we were missing the the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and they told him that he can return and they would give him the order. My husband went back to pick up the order and when he returned home with the pasta the order was still wrong they have me a different pasta and no chicken. This place did not take the time to check the order the first time nor did they do it the second time. This is a very poor customer experience.

We've been here for seven years. Pizza is fine, but finally the loyalty has changed. A year back they added a credit card fee of $4.99... something is okay, but this is a bit steep. Then it became habitual that they would say 30 minutes and it was really 45 minutes... no problem later to get what they say. But this last visit was the straw that the camels broke back. I was told 25 minutes for pickup. I found about 12 others waiting. Okay, crazy night... I'll be patient 15 minutes after I paid earlier and say hatred to ask if you're super busy, but am I cooking? You said yes, if not, I would ask for a refund. Waited more and another customer talked about waiting and other things. I listened and didn't call a number. Go up sometime and say my number is so and so. And the girl gets super rude and says we called it three times... ugh... like I'm an idiot to ask if they called it, they weren't loud and it wasn't three times! And when it was, I never went and asked before. Like they called it loud and three times... it was crazy and loud in there. I waited 35 minutes in the store after 25 were originally told and waited an additional 15 minutes to leave the house and then setting after I had previously asked. It was very rude and I was respectful. Pizza is not all this and then combine the waiting and terrible customer service. Fearable and a loyal customer to boot. In addition, the owner could talk to all people who wait and apologize and explain things. I'm done. I will continue for better quality and better customer service. After 7 years, they lost a loyal customer.

Best pizza spot in the area. A pizza that takes care of its product. You also have a banished Philly cheese steak. I'm a fan, the family is a fan and as long as I live in the area, they have my business.

By far the best pizza in the area! We are happy to have found this place. The pizza is delicious, the staff is friendly, and they even went beyond and beyond to help me with my son's pizza cake.
