Being there for ages but never tried for some reason till last week pizza was good southern fried chicken burger was huge plus the man behind the counter was very professional and polite even though he was extremely but the man was very calm

Good food at a reasonable price. As take aways go, this looks like a clean place. Unfortunately not as good since changing hands.

Worse place ever. Did not even bother to send us our order after mixing up my order with someone else’s.

I ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers and a doner burger for collection at 8:10pm. I had placed the order at 7pm. My little brother went at 8:10pm to go and collect the food and he had to wait another 20 minutes to get his food because apparently they had forgotten to make the food. When my little brought the food home, we had started to eat the food. The food was the most disgusting food that I have ever tasted and experienced. I am a regular at their store and they know me very well. I would always have the highest faith in them when making my food however, it was dreadful. The chicken fillet was red, which is the definition of raw. Both of the burgers were absolutely cold. It was totally not eatable. It was so disgusting that I had to throw it in the bin. My little brother was in the bathroom vomiting for about half an hour, non stop. I called them up and told them the situation and they told me that they would give me a replacement. The only problem with this is that I do not want a replacement, I wanted a refund for the meal. They told me if I bring the food back, then I can get the refund. So they expect me to get the food out of the dustbin and bring it to them. This is outrageous to even think that they would say this to me, their most regular customer. As this is the month of fasting, takeaways tend to be really busy. However, they should always keep their standards the same and keeping the customers happy by providing them the same experience that they always do like giving them hot food which is eatable. This is what I told the manager. I do not recommend anyone to go to this chicken and chip shop ever.
