Arabella Lounge - Luton

I have no idea about the shisha, I don't smoke it. The surroundings are fairly typical but does have a bit of a view of Luton! Music is intrusive in conversations here so they could tone that down. My review is purely for the mint tea. It's excellent. I have nothing more to add.

Lovely taste of grill food. Love the shisa. However, customer service I found a bit less friendly! Nice place to eat in a luton

I made this account solely to write a review. I ordered a takeaway last week. Whilst eating we realised it wasn 't actually our order... after the third mouthful the door knocked which was the delivery man who also realised he gave us the wrong order! The delivery man said 'oh don 't worry I will wrap up and take it anyway for the other person they won 't know ' This is horrific!!! Never will I eat here again because I will not trust that someone else has munched into my food before me!! I would give a 0.

Best shisha! Very clean and amazing friendly management! Great food aswell!!!! Definitely recommended!

Probably the worst shisha I've ever had. The pipes are clearly not cleaned at all which is why you can't taste the flavours of the shisha. But instead it tastes of a cocktail of stale flavours. Save your money and keep well away!
