I lived 4 years in baltimore, before I moved to lusaka, and I never had a better cake than that in portico. thin, crispy, cheeky and in a position to resist the weight of her hand. who would have threatened it? including the big coworkers, and the cold drinks, what could you wish or need more? cheers to the best pizza in zambia!
