Simply put, this is the best restaurant in the area. A converted flour mill that still produces flour (with which they make fresh bread) cooking up Swiss specialities with a modern touch. Make sure to try the amazing Cordon Bleu with local cheese filling, try the Capuns, the salads and soups are great, as are the flammkuchen. But whatever you do, DONT miss out on the Cremeschnitte!!! Wow :D Anita and Michele brilliant hosts!!
