Texas Steakhouse Saloon - Lumberton

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant on January 15, 2023. The waitress informed us that they were out of bread, but we saw other customers receiving bread. The food was also terrible and we had to wait a very long time. I have heard complaints about this restaurant from others as well. I will never dine there again and I give this place a zero rating due to poor management.

Terrible experience! We waited for 3 hours, didn't receive all our food, and what we did get was tasteless. Two people in our group didn't even receive all their food. The manager, a woman, did not resolve the situation properly - she only offered a small discount when the meals should have been comped due to the long wait and incorrect orders. We ended up paying $68 for unsatisfactory service. To top it off, the manager called the police. The management here is severely lacking. Avoid this place at all costs.
