Come on Texas Steakhousedo better, got a piece and a very small half of unseasoned blackened catfish and rice I didnt ask for.

I paid extra for sautéed mushrooms and there were THREE pieces of mushroom on my plate. The steak was not cooked as ordered. And the potato skins were so burnt, I was unable to bite into them. Also, I didnt even get my fried pickles.

Part of my order was not put in the bag. So I called Texas Steakhouse to find out why. the girl that answered the phone told me when I ask for the manager. said he was too busy to come to the phone. so I ask her about the rest of my order, she said they were out of it and hung up.

My Doordasher stated that she was told that Texas called me when they realized that they were out of catfish. I never received a call though, and when I called the store they stated that Doordash doesnt give them a number to call. I knew this was a lie, as Texas had actually called me before on another order. When the order arrived, It was missing another whole plate of food, and the food that had arrived was a mess, and wrong. The manager that I spoke to at Texas was not very nice, and told me that she couldnt do anything to get me my food (another lie, because other restaurants have been able to get me my missing items before. I was told that I was just going to have to get a refund from Doordash. My husband also drove to the store to speak to the manager, and discovered three greeters standing at the door, and virtually no customers in the restaurant. So I dont understand why they couldnt get our order right.
