Taco Bell - Lumberton

The food quality was steadily decreasing. was here 3 times in the last 2 months and every time eating got worse. now they have decided not to eat at this place.

I don't suggest you go here every time I go I have the same simple order an it's always wrong when I get home, only difference tonight one employee couldn't take my order the way I ordered went and got a manager he started over an took my order got home and it was wrong when I got home called talked to the manager he tried to tell me what I got was right when I know what I ordered hell didn't even give me one of my items then gone say well if you bring the food back I'll remake it for you (I live in the country not in town) so tomorrow I'll be calling corporate!

Would give them zero stars but can't. They just need to shut this store down. No Inside ordering. Took me 35 minutes to get food in the drive through because only waiting on 3 cars at a time because of short staff. Then they give me the wrong order. So had an ordeal sorting that out. Almost an hour for taco bell. REALLY!!! If this is all the service you can provide. Close the doors. Will never eat at the Lumberton taco bell again.

They need to change their store hours. They are never open till 2AM or 3AM they close 1-2hrs early due to being understaffed. They don’t bother to even try. The employees will sit in the parking lot until the actually closing time collecting free pay. I placed a mobile order before 1AM the other night drove 25mins to get my food got there well before closing and the only person working was sitting outside talking to a friend with his headset on just telling people they are closed even though there was almost 40 mins before closing. I drove and got food else where. I went back by and the guy is still just outside waiting for 2AM their actual closing time. Please do right by your customers either get better staff or change your store hours so people like me don’t continue wasting our time showing up wasting gas and time.

Super cool, dear taco bell, it's cheap, fast and taste better then eat a bowl of nothing, but I just find it fun as they never get my whole order right. if I order something simple, it will be done wrong; if I check the order before I leave it still done wrong, and I will be damned if I order a cinnamon twist bc they will not be in the bag! I don't want to complain, but the good thing happens every time
