I rarely complain but what happened today really set me off. I ordered pizza for curbside and the guy literally threw the stuff in my car. He was so rude about it. I don’t even want a free pizza or order out of this, I just don’t want to go to a place and have someone be this rude. Maybe have better training or don’t have people work for you that’s rude. I’m contacting corporate tomorrow too.
I just had an unnecessary heated dispute with an employee who said that he was the manager of this location with the last name of Ward. The dispute was over an order from a week earlier that was horrible and I was given a store credit to replace the two pizzas. I just called the store to order the pizzas and a very disrespectful employee “Ward” stated that I was supposed to have ordered the pizzas within a week, I informed him that I wasn’t previously informed of that and wasn’t aware, he then said in a disrespectful tone “well now you know?” This behavior is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated by me, Domino’s has lost a loyal customer.
Pizza is rarely screwed up, but service could be a lot better. Born a biological male, but refers to me as ma’am. Then hangs up before I’m done talking. You should host a training session where your employees work on proper work etiquette and customer service techniques.
Never a disappointment always on time Dominoes was never my go to pizza franchise but all these other ones around here got nothing on the professionalism best place to go, It’s my number one now.
