Bidrage med feedbackI was at Waldhotel Berghof, and since the owner had already raised me during photography, I stayed at the hotel for dinner. I entered the “Thüringer Stuben” and was greeted by an operator after a few moments. On my question about a place for a person, she showed me two tables to choose from. However, as one of the two had to be cleaned and re-covered, I chose the other and took place there. Operation The operation immediately came to the table, gave off the menu and asked if I already had a drink request or rather wanted to look into the map. Since I was still undecided, I asked for postponement. Overall, the service was quite high, but it seems that more than half of the young ladies were still in training. Although very friendly and desirable, they were still quite uncertain, both in the respective techniques and in terms of Rutiny and in terms of the view what should be done. In between, however, there were some forces that were finished and formed with a certain routine the backbone of the service. One of the young ladies came to the tables where they were eaten and asked if drinks were still desired. I have experienced this kind of attention so far relatively rarely, it looks at some small rounds of trainees. Foods The card is quite manageable, there was a menu of €18.00, some soups, two vegetarian dishes, twice thursian claws with.... and maybe ten other dishes, plus a very large part of the cold offers. I ordered “Black fillet pink, fried as a whole, Portweinjus, Mediterranean vegetables and herbal spet” (16.50 € and a large Stutzhaus Pils (0.5l for 3.20 €). The beer was served very quickly, and when I talked about the speed, the operation said I had looked so thirsty... Shortly afterwards, one of the trainees came and served the greeting from the kitchen: herbal butter with two types of bread. Unfortunately, I must say that this wanted more than skillful. The herbal butter, obviously made herself, was so cold that it was not common. For this, the amount in the glass was so large that the two small slices of bread could be covered with a centimeter high. The small white bread slice had probably been lying for a while, at least on the edge it had already become a bit dry. The whole grain bread was all the better. A little later the food was served, the apparently self-made herbal tea came in a separate bowl. On the plate I found a pedestal of Mediterranean vegetables, in which I could identify fine-cut tomatoes and zucchini, with the Portweinjus laid. On the basis, the pig fillet was cut obliquely into two parts and covered with some fried rocket leaves. This could not have been done by the poor rocket, because it became hard and largely taste-neutral. The meat, as indicated in Rosa, had been fried so sharply on the outside that the resulting crust was barely to cut. Of course, it is about the roasted flavors that should bring the taste, but for my taste this was somewhat exaggerated. Inside the pork fillet was tender and juicy, there was nothing to complain. The guest room is an orgy in “Eiche Hölle”, which includes not only the furniture, but also the treses, various bars and also the cassettes on the ceiling. The pillows on chairs and benches are covered with red-blue-violet patterned fabric. The tables were covered with white fabric tablecloths and red blankets with cutlery and thick paper napkins. On the tables there was an already burning candle in porcelain lights, an arrangement of autumn fruits and nuts in a glass vase as well as salt and pepper shakers made of porcelain. Large-format photos from the area suspended on the walls. The toilets are bright and modern, the technology is contactless. Cleanliness The restaurant looked very clean and well maintained, only on two lamps were to see spider nets. The toilet was well maintained and very clean.
Die Bedienung kam schnell an meinen Tisch, reichte mir die Speisekarte und fragte, ob ich bereits einen Getränkewunsch hätte oder erst in die Karte schauen wolle. Da ich unschlüssig war, bat ich um etwas Zeit. Der Service war insgesamt ziemlich präsent, jedoch schien mehr als die Hälfte der jungen Damen noch in der Ausbildung zu sein. Sie waren zwar freundlich und bemüht, aber teilweise noch unsicher in ihren Fähigkeiten und Routinen. Das Menü war übersichtlich, mit verschiedenen Optionen zu angemessenen Preisen. Ich bestellte das „Schweinefilet rosa, im Ganzen gebraten, mit Portweinjus, mediterranem Gemüse und Kräuterspätzle“ sowie ein großes einheimisches Pils. Das Bier wurde schnell serviert, und als ich die Geschwindigkeit lobte, meinte die Bedienung, dass ich sehr durstig ausgesehen hätte. Das Essen wurde serviert und war ansprechend präsentiert. Das Schweinefilet war zart und saftig, jedoch etwas zu stark angebraten. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war geprägt von hellem Eichenholz und farbenfrohen Polstern. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut, abgesehen von ein paar Spinnweben an den Lampen. Die Toiletten waren modern und sauber. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im „Thüringer Stuben“ im Waldhotel Berghof angenehm, obwohl es einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gab.
