Albergo Arcade - LUISAGO

Very nice meal but i think the best part of the restaurant is the owner. He helped us to visit como and bellagio, he gave us plenty of route options! very friendly and helpful

Restaurant on the main road from Como to Milano, inside this isolated building there’s a hotel restaurant run by family. The owner, waiter, barman and cashier does everything so if the diners are more than 10 people as it was today , he has to run he actually run to do everything. I ate a very good fried fish for a good price. Others diners had the business lunch but he didn’t told me it was possible to have it, I was the second diner of the 10…….

We have been to this small, old restaurant 25 years ago, the first time and have been there a couple of times when we pass through this area. I would like to congratulate the cook for the wonderful pasta plate and the Best Milanesa, a breaded veal. Very soft meat, very tasty, cooked just right. Local wine was good also. The apple cake was still warm from the oven! I will plan my trips to eat at this old style, antique looking but very good restaurant.
