Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant offers excellent quality food, with a unique and varied selection that goes beyond typical sandwiches. Personally, I found the dishes a bit too heavy on fats for my liking. The Valaisan, based on raclette cheese, was good, but I had expected something lighter when I ordered a salad with raw seafood. The service was quick, depending on how busy the restaurant was, which is often crowded due to its reputation. It can get noisy and you may have to wait for a table as reservations are not accepted. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy a meal with colleagues, just be sure to make a reservation and allow some extra time.
Located in the center of Liège, Poivre Sel is the fifth establishment in the city offering delicious sandwiches, salads, toasts, and fabulous desserts. The restaurant is housed in a magnificent building that used to be a bank on the street of the University, situated between Place August 20 and Rue Cathédrale, near the former Caroline Music (now Typhus). The staff is always friendly, the dishes are affordable, there is plenty of seating space, and the ambiance is very classy. Customers can dine in or take their food to go. The restaurant also offers delivery services for office lunches, receptions, and meetings. One must try their delicious chocolate cake paired with Wedding Brothers tea. It's worth noting that Poivre Sel is the only location that is open on Saturdays, making it a great option for weekend shopping trips. I will definitely be returning, possibly for a post-work visit.
Poivre Sel is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious food with colleagues or friends, whether you have time to relax or are in a rush. Unlike many sandwich shops, they offer quality ingredients and do not skimp on serving sizes. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting (they even have a permanent art exhibition by artist Navez). It is the perfect dining destination that was missing in the heart of the city, definitely worth a visit!
Finally, a salt pepper in the centre of lige (this is the 5th lige address of these delicious sandwiches, salads, toasts, fabulous desserts, .. the decor is beautiful in an old bank of the street of the Universit (between the square of the 20 aot and the street cathdrale, almost in front of the ex-Caroline music becomes typhus). a staff always as friendly, nice plates for cheap, lots of space, trs class tram, or then we remove ... we are often delivered to the office at noon or for the rceptions, runions, ... test: their delicious chocolate gteau accompanied by a good wedding th frres, I return to work on average at noon: ps: it is the only address that opens up the shopping on Saturday ... good
Excellent quality, comes out of the common sandwiches a fine and varied choice. a little heavy fat to my taste, okay for Valais based on raclette cheese but I expected to lighter by taking a salad with crudity crustaceans. fast service according to presence and according to the attendance (often abundant but ok it goes with reputation:) noisy and wait for its place at the turning point so not reserved! work with colleagues, by reserving and having a little time:
