Jack In The Box - Lufkin

The restaurant is supposed to be open from 6am to 11pm. We arrived at 9:45pm and were told by a staff member that we had to use the drive-thru. The service was terrible. It is unacceptable that the staff were unwilling to take our order. We are truck drivers and should be able to eat when we need to. If the sign says it's open from 6am to 11pm, then that's how it should be. The service was very poor.

I will not return to this restaurant again. The staff need better supervision, especially the children working there. It is important to understand that when a customer orders no pickles, you should not just remove the pickles and serve the burger. In this case, the bun was soaked with pickle juice, making it taste like soggy, mushy pickles. This shows a lack of care for customer satisfaction and service. I ended up throwing the entire burger in the trash.

I arrived at 6:45 am hoping to grab an ultimate sausage sandwich from this restaurant next to the pilot truck stop. Unfortunately, despite their posted hours of operation stating that the lobby opens at 6am, the doors were locked and the lights were off. I was left disappointed and hungry, as I had expected to be able to order something right after they opened.

The jack and the box on frank Street in Lufkin Texas, is literally the WORST fast food place I 've EVER been to the manager Mike is the rudest person I 've ever met and makes everyone in the restaurant on edge. I will NEVER go there again.

Absolutely delicious, I couldn't stop thinking about how awesome the food was this time. Place was clean, order went through quickly, and everything was made perfectly. Best Jack experience I've ever had!
