Dairy Queen - Lufkin

On 7/13/22 1:29pm, we were ordering 2 large blizzards and kids meal. They only had 2 flavors available from what was on the menu. The little young girls are new and suck at customer service. We use to go here all the time when it was bright andbeautiful. Now its dark and dull. The Customer service sucks so bad they lost our service and will not come here anymore. Wecame at least 3 times a week! We will make the extra drive to the other locations.

Tried to give this specific DQ two tries. First time, I got a medium Dirt Pie. It was not mixed all the way and was disappointed when half of my chocolate blizzard was straight vanilla. I thought maybe it's because I got such a large size. So I went backagain and got a mini, still halfway down the cup I got straight vanilla. I also ordered a burger with no mayo or mustard...theygave it to me with nothing but cheese on it, when it's supposed to have lettuce pickles tomatoes. I then went to Huntington DQand got their dirt pie, which was chocolate all the way through. Someone teach them how to make blizzards please.

Waited in drive thru line about 7-8 minutes before getting to speaker to order. There were 3 cars in front of us when we got there. No one ever came on the speaker to take our order so we pulled up to the window assuming the speaker was broken. Therewere three women working that we could see. One was making something for a customer, one had a broom and was sweeping, and theother one was just standing there talking to the one sweeping. No one ever came to the window to take our order or to tell usthey would be with us in a minute. After waiting 5 more minutes, we just left. There were 5 cars in line behind us. Won't beback!

Go here often. Always great food but not sure what happened to my chocolate shake yesterday. It had ice pieces in it. Crunchy and had to pour a 1/4 of it out. Food was great though as usual!!

This is the quickest DQ we have ever been to. We received our food after filling up four cups with drinks and sitting down. Usually DQ's take at least 10 minutes or more until your food comes out. The drink machine is touch screen with crushed ice. Igot an extra chicken strip in my box. The burgers were good. They were out of onions when we came, but they came out to tell usthat they didn't have any onions and asked if we wanted to order something else or if it was okay. The staff was friendlytowards us and you could hear them constantly laughing and interacting with each other in the back kitchen enjoying each otherscompany. Anytime customers came in the staff would all would greet them.
