Subway - Lucerne

Bad customer experience. Was like worker was sick. Will never stop in again.

The last two times that I have been to the Lucerne location the service has been really slow. Today when I went in there it didn't appear that the counter was ready. There was hardly any vegetables ready and the young lady working was very slow. The store itself needed attention. I go to this location frequently so I am very disappointed.

Locally owned franchise that really tries hard. Nice staff that treat the customer well and often go the extra mile to serve their customers.
