On the outside it doesn’t look that well, but this is a brilliant cafe. Great coffee, great pastry. Would recommend to everyone.

We stumbled upon this little cafe in Lucca and ended up going back several times during our stay. The staff owners were the sweetest and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They had a few phrases in English, I had a few phrases in Italian, and we made it work! The coffees and pastries were always delicious. There were lots of locals coming and going, which I also took as a good sign.

This café is not to be missed! It is a family-owned business and you can tell. They take pride in their work, products, and service that they provide. We were immediately welcomed when we came in. The café and cappuccino were smooth, and the pastries were out of this world. We had a sfogliatella and a cannoli. You could tell the ingredients were fresh; the shells were crunchy and the pastry was flaky. Best cannoli we had on our entire trip to Italy. It was a great place that seemed to be frequented by the locals, which is always a good sign in a small town. If you’re going to Lucca, this place is worth stopping into – for certain!

I go every Sunday to have breakfast in this pastry shop and, if I have guests at lunch, I take a nice cabaret of Neapolitan pasta. great coffee and sweets, staff fast and always very kind. I highly recommend it.

Good place to meet and spend some time with friends. Good food.
