Dunkin' - Lubeck

I've only been here this one time, and the guy that gave me and my friend our drinks was awesome. He had a smile on his face, he made funny jokes, and he had a lot of energy. The joke he first made when I pulled up to the window was that he was gonna spill our drink on my car in a funny way, and it made us both laugh. That dude was the highlight of my day!

Excellent coffee and donuts. I enjoy a treat every once in a while, and Dunkin Donuts is a great place to treat yourself.

Certainly! The Boston Kreme donut was satisfactory, but my medium Americano seemed underfilled, prompting me to inquire. The response I received from the woman, wasn't particularly accommodating; when I expressed my disappointment, she asked if I wanted her to fill it up, and the exchange ended without much resolution. Additionally, the ambiance was affected by a corner of the restaurant cluttered with construction material, desks, and chairs, which seemed unsightly. As I received my coffee back, I remarked on the establishment's two-star rating, leading to a brief, somewhat tense interaction with the woman and her coworker until I exited the store.

The boy who took our order was rude and had no knowledge of the menu. I ordered two cold brews and they had roughly half of an inch of just coffee grounds at the bottom and the coffee was extremely bitter. The boy didn’t tell us the price and we had to check the little box on the outside of the window to figure out how much it was. And when we asked him to give us a moment at the drive thru, he repeatedly was raising his voice asking us to tell him what we wanted. The last time we came to this location, we got two large cold brews and were charged for them but were given a small and medium and the girl we spoke to would not remake our drinks and also did not know how to refund the money. This is not the first time we’ve come to this location with high hopes and left feeling as bitter as the coffee I’m drinking. We never have a good experience coming to this location and will not be back.
