Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Lubeck

Took 20 minutes to order two things because they weren’t listening. out of stock of everything we originally asked for.

Walked in just after 12 noon. Place was dirty. Ice cream machine was crusty.Stood there for about 7 minutes and no one came to counter. Apparently, the only person working was decorating a cake.Did not stay to eat.

They took food back through a window after we drove off with it which is a red flag to me. Order was wrong. Manager rude and argumentative. Gave a chilli dog flipped up and down in a small bag so it was messy. Food is too much money for this service. 1-2-24 @5:26

Came here with my best friend and got ice cream. I got a royal blizzard which was absolutely amazing. The employees working were really nice too. It was really refreshing to come to a place where the employees weren't irritated because they had to make an order. The lobby was very clean too which is saying a lot for a restaurant on 7th Street.

The ice machine was broken and the Frys were super stale.
