Starbucks - Lubbock

Used to love this location, thsy have some pretty rude staff now. I will take my business to dutch Bros, they're always super friendly helpful there.

Daniel was AMAZING and very helpful when I drove up to get my son in law a drink since he was sick and in the hospital. I wish everyone had a Daniel to keep this world a better place!!

Used to like this location but several of the people they have working there now are less than friendly and painfully slow. No thanks. Won't come back to this location

I have honestly had so many bad experiences at different startbucks with bad customer service but this one has changed me. Never had one bad experience here. And on my birthday they were SOOO sweet!
