Mcdonald's - Lubbock

Great McDonald's. Very clean. Customer Service is excellent. The last time I was there the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

I have been in the drive thru for 12 minutes and the line hasn’t moved at all. What’s worse is that I’m stuck in line because there are cars surrounding me.

Employees wouldn't listen to me after asking for my order kept having to repeat it until manager took over. Got my order wrong and dropped my drink out of the window not paying attention and lids on sundaes wasn't properly on the cup so ice cream got everywhere on me, my clothes and my car. Not to pleased about the service this particular day

I just love coming here there's a young African American lady that's always working counter in the morning she's awesome it's always yes ma'am yes sir I just love her she always has a smile on her face she interact with customers like they been knowing each other for years. I just love it . the food was hot she's fast and the most important part is when where leaving she always say have a blessed day

I love ur coke lawwddd it taste so good it burns ?Tea is on fleet, the nuggets and food recently haven't been as good as it used to be
