Waited in line for 35 minutes this morning. They messed up my order and refused to give me change. The girl at the window was nice, but the one playing manager was super rude and condescending when I told her that I had ordered another burrito, telling me I’d only been charged for 3 and then refusing to make the other burrito or give me change. $22 for 3 burritos is ridiculous. Just so you know, Josie’s, it’s illegal to refuse change without having signs posted. What used to be my 3x/week stop will be no more.

The guy was very pleasant. He was doing everything and was still an awesome amazing person

Went to get a burrito TO GO waited 30 minutes before I was even helped. Waited an additional almost 30 min to get said burrito. When I finally received it it’s cold and the guy threw it at me. Completely unacceptable do not go here they’re rude and don’t acknowledge customers
