Kfc - Lubbock

When we showed, we had to wait 15 minutes before our order was even taken. When we got our food, I had to wait 5 minutes to ask for a spoon. I had to get the manager who sat at a table working on reports to get me a spoon. The best service appeared on the thru drive. I saw several other people have the same experience.

Driver went through, friendly representatives who got the orders right. Great! The food was hot neither hot nor cold another ingenious everyone was happy with his order when each of us came home. Third super. Win, Win.Food: 5/5

This has always been our favorite KFC. But lately the food was terrible. The crust didn't even taste like KFC. It was thick blobs flour. We always pay extra for 2 extra boobs and the last 2 times paid, but they don't get, and we live out of town. I feel like people overwhelmed, but still kind.

The rotten server when passing through did not follow what I wanted. No sauce, no honey. Terrible service from the server. How KFC hopes to repeat customers with such low quality servers?

The food is meh at KFC, service is also sub par. Pretty consistent with most of the other kfc locations you’ll see.Their spicy chicken is every bit as non spicy as their regular option, I don’t get that. Their regular chicken is just bland
