Bidrage med feedbackSpontaneous stop after the visit of the Automated Gas Station in Lübbenau. On the way, my wife had seen the restaurant on the right side, and on the way back we parked on the private parking lot on the left of the house. In the beer garden a few guests, over 30°C did not sit in the restaurant. The cards were taken quickly, but the agony of choice was rather big. There are many delicious dishes on it, mainly regional Spreewald specialties, but also Schnitzel. My wife ordered potato p lens with applesa, we say buffer. Knidle are, by the way, potatoes. I ordered the garlic oil-fried prawn skewer with salad, foil potato and sour jar. A spruce forest cucumber plate. Since there was no regional beer, I ordered a Pfälzer Kerner White Wine from the Nahe, my wife a quiet water from Bad Liebenwerda. There was tasty lard and bread. The drinks were good, the dishes were very good, the service friendly. Prices: cucumber plate 4,50 €, plens 5,50 €, shrimp spear 10,90 €. Water €2.15, wine €4.40 Prices here on the main road considerably cheaper than at the Kahnhafen. Why here Herforder beer is offered, probably remains a mystery, Brandenburg and Saxony also have delicious beers. I can still understand Erdinger Wheat. Overall good 4 stars.
A very good lunch...Note I usually do not make any reviews. But that was great! Both for adults and for children. Good.
I know the Germans love big parts, but that was just ridiculous. We ordered a dish with pork and mushroom sauce. The meat and sauce were very good. But we have cooked potatoes somewhere between 20-25 and no vegetables or salad. All served in a huge pile on a too small plate that made it difficult to eat. The potatoes were small/medium, but still much too much. The service, the food and the premises are really very good, but the amount was directly inconspicuous.
Super nice staff.. Great food.. Pension wonderful and the breakfast fabulous with everything and... definitely back.
Cosy guest room, friendly staff and delicious dishes around the potato. Very nice concept.
