Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Lower Burrell

They had an issue with their freezer and our custom ice cream cake order melted. They offered me 50% off the cake but we instead asked for a new one to made the next day. They happily did so and even seemed to upgrade the icing decorations as there was more detail in the new cake. I would've gave 5 stars but sadly when I went to pick up the new cake, they still gave me the melted one so I had to go back. They quickly got me the correct cake but I still waisted am extra 20 minutes when the cake was already a day late.

Service was quick and good. Ice cream was delicious!!!

I love this Dairy Queen! The food and deserts are so good! But some of the staff need an attitude adjustment! That will not deter me from going there though!
