Little Caesars Pizza - Lowell

Every time I go to this location I end up waiting for 20+ minutes. I do DoorDash deliveries so the orders come in electronically and typically should be ready to go by the time I get there. Over the last 2 weeks, I have been to this location several times for orders and have had to wait for an extensive period of time every time. But this last time was just absurd. I waited for 40 (yes, FORTY) minutes for a single cheese pizza. I watched as 4 other people came in after me, placed their orders, received them and left within the time I was waiting. It's ran by a bunch of young kids who stand around talking and completely ignore their customers. No greeting, no manners whatsoever, just horrible service overall. Honestly, they don't even deserve the one star they are getting for me to write this.

My girlfriend and I doordash, it doesn't matter if it's a weekday or weekend. This little Ceasars is a NIGHTMARE! people come in order and are literally finished before we get the order that was supposed to be ready 40 minutes earlier! This location has some serious issues and may need new management possibly! For four dollars we are waiting 30-40 minutes for a cheese pizza! Horribly ran!

I ordered half mushroom full onion pizza. I got full mushroom half onion. I also paid for garlic butter that did not come. I tried to call and the phone only rings. Ordering online is easy but it's frustrating when you don't get what you ordered.

We received raw dough on our takeout Detroit style pizza, twice. When we went in to complain, my family member was told by a female employee that she just wanted free pizza. No, we just want you to cook your pizza and make it right. Asked for manager, and the manager doesn’t care. Lost our business.
