Cobblestones of Lowell

Huge conference happening at the time we went. The host was gracious and attentive. Ultimately, Cobblestone only offered a buffet for the conference attendees, which was fine. The food kept coming out, it tasted good, and bellies were filled. (The chicken gao was both my daughter's and my favorite on the buffet). Cobblestone managed the best they could with being bombarded with 300 people at once. Also, the architecture and features of the building are gorgeous! To the parent who yelled and treated the host rudely about ice tea?!?!? Shame on you. Please exhibit more patience and a better example of being an adult!

My wife and I had a wonderful time over the weekend. For dinner, we ordered Eggplant Parmigiana and a NY steak. The dishes were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I had the Cheeseburger, which was two thin patties cooked just right with pepper seasoning, melt-in-your-mouth cheese(s) and pickles, it was so outstandingly good. Pair that with some Harpoons, and it is a win!

This was our first visit to the restaurant since the COVID pandemic, and it was a completely different experience from before. The menu now features tavern-style food, and they have a charming outdoor patio with umbrellas. I particularly enjoyed the clam chowder and the chicken Marsala. In 2019, the French onion soup was excellent, and the squash tortellini with walnuts and shrimp was very tasty. In 2018, the restaurant was located in an old building with lots of character, and we always enjoyed our meals there.

Such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is so classy and quiet but laid back at the same time. We had our kids with us and never had to ask twice for anything for them or us and never went without drinks (despite mainly ordering water)! The service was phenomenal! The food here was also really amazing. I had a burger and fries and the best part was the homemade sauces. Would definitely come back here again. Also huge bonus- the wall of celebrities who have visited! SO fun!
