Had money in machine hit the bonus spin of ten n it zapped out after first spin n zeroed out n lost my money n spins. Was told I would get a call and never did. Went in the next day n was told ya they fixed the machine but new nothing about me or the money I lost. Never again will I visit dottys or Shelbys or there other franchise.
