Inta Juice Loveland Mountain View

Edit 9/15/23 changed my stars from 3 to 1. Tried again after work to stop for a pretzel. I was there at 8pm, an hour before closing time and was once again told that the oven was turned off and I couldn't have a pretzel.I've only been here a few times and have got the same thing every time, I like the smoothie I've tried and I really like the pretzels. In only giving 3 starts because I wanted a pretzel on my way home from work. I usually don't get off until after you guys close but today I got off a little bit earlier. I was in the drive-thru before 8:30, I believe it was around 8:20. I was told that I couldn't order a pretzel because the oven was turned off because it has a cooling system. If you don't close until 9:00 p.m. then the oven shouldn't be turned off until 9:00 p.m. All of your items should be available until you close.

The staff is always friendly. There are so many Smoothie options to choose from.

Chrissy saved the day! I went to the Inta Juice off 29th and the service there was awful, the girl working is super rude and did not make my juice correctly. Today after this happened, I decided to go over to the Inta Juice off of Mountain and Chrissy remade my juice, gladly. The girls working there were so nice and friendly. They saved my opinion of Inta Juice. Thank you Chrissy!!!

Look the smoothies are great, and frankly you probably won't find a better one in the area. The reason I've rated the store 3 stars is largely due to the fact that the drive thru has a touchscreen. Yes I know, I should embrace our robot overlords as we continue to eliminate human jobs. But the truth of the matter is that it has been a source of frustration for me and it seems like it could all be run more efficiently. The line can sometimes crawl while customers are expected to choose from 70+ smoothies, supplements, and add ons while touching a screen that is probably rarely cleaned. While I've become fairly efficient, it seems ludicrous to push your customers through a fairly convoluted point of sales system.
