Vegetarian options: They have a couple sandwich options along with salads and soups for vegetarians

Twice I've come to this potbellys during their stated hours and it was closed. No sign or anything.

I love Potbelly. We visited this store today at 11 am in anticipation of some delicious soup and sandwiches. Much to our disnay, the doors were locked. I'm not sure if it went out of business or if they were short-handed. There is no sign on the front doors. I'm super disappointed.

Every time i come here, they’re closed.Potbelly response: “It’s unfortunate you rated us 1 star for doing the right thing.”No. Instead of posting a passive aggressive response, work on staffing your restaurant.
