I always look forward to stopping in at my favorite local Panera on Rudy Lane. It's a very happening place on a Saturday morning and I'm happy to see this for the business. There are always big groups (8-10+ of friends gathering for breakfast here. The resturant is always very clean and presentable. I've never once had a bad experience here or at any Panera. Everyone is always smiling and seem to be happy. The staff takes very good care of all guests/ customers. The staff also acknowledges all service members, both Military and first responders which I am very appreciative of and for.
Great menu, build your own, I only miss the selection of sweet rolls. I do love the easy order and short wait. Drink refills are also a plus Thank You Panera !
1) The prices are outrageous here for the portions. 2) We placed a rapid pick up order, received a text and email saying our order was ready, and then had to wait 20 min inside the cafe after those messages were received to get our food (two bowls of soup). I've known places to do this recently to improve their numbers, and it's extremely misleading and frustrating to consumers when we think our food is ready to go. If it takes that long for rapid pick up, be honest about it, and don't send false emails to help your own numbers and make it seem like you're quicker than you are. 3) They were out of bread bowls at dinner time and didn't adjust our prices since we ordered a bread bowl on the app for rapid pick up. 4) My french onion soup didn't come with any cheese on it (which is half of the allure) like the picture and description advertises. Overall bad experience and won't be returning.
I love going to Panera for a quick bite. It can be a bit pricey though.
