Bidrage med feedbackThe people are great here every time I’ve stopped by, but there’s always an issue. I tried again to see if things were better. They don’t know how to make mocha frappes and I’m assuming there isn’t anyone on the line who can read English. I don’t mind that, but at least have it to where the workers can know what’s needed for orders. My food was wrong at the window, I only checked because the woman said sausage McGriddle with cheese, was supposed to be a sausage McGriddle with bacon. It only had bacon on it, tag said sausage McGriddle add bacon, receipt said the same. I thought she understood and I got the sandwich back, they took it and had actually put egg on it. I had to come back and get a refund and the manager still didn’t fully understand what I was asking for. Just sausage and bacon. They need more help. It seems like the team is set up to fail even though they’re trying. The mocha frappe tasted awful, very sweet, no chocolate, and a very gross aftertaste.
Friendly service at the drive-thru window. Got my food quickly. Not enough ice in my tea. Over 10.00 for a Filet of Fish combo!!
Got some hotcakes for my daughter. Way too expensive for 3 hotcakes but she was happy.
Just fast food. There when you need it and eatable.
I placed a breakfast order on the mobile app this morning around 1015-ish and brought the store around 1035 and apparently we’re not selling breakfast but on the app it still says you’re serving breakfast so that is like false advertisement and I am greatly unappreciated. Family is going to go without having breakfast this morning because of. Y’all all
