Papa Vic's Donut Shop - Louisville

A hidden gem of Brownsboro in the area of Clifton Heights. Just one of the top five donut shops in all Louisville. The donuts are light and airy without being fat. Many fun flavors and they add the filling right then and there when you order. Great donuts, good service. Very recommended!

I have difficulty being objective because the donuts are so good! I think I've tried some of the best donuts in the world after I traveled over everything. We always look for some locals and when we found Clifton, we knew we found something special! We judge a place on their ability to make an apple fritter. This is on my top 3 list in the world! Every single donut we ate was fantastic and her coffee was even good. We can't wait to come back!

Just a little light breakfast. Sausage, egg, cheese croissant to satisfy the most demanding palate. Good!

This place is the TRUTH – everything inside looked incredible and it was so hard to get out just half a dozen. The old fashions were the second to none, and the increased options were sugary clouds. Next time I have to try the Apple Fritte.

Very good donuts if you like light and fluffy donuts. Glazed donuts are extra glazed and sweet. We ordered the fritter (see below), a frosted strawberry yeast, and some donut holes. The strawberry and donut holes were light and sweet, and the strawberry tasted real and not fake. The shop is small but the owner was very nice and very friendly. I definitely felt good about buying here. For those who like fritters, this one is slightly above average. It is light and flaky, similar to their donuts, but not too sweet. The apple flavor was underwhelming. The price was average.
