Panera Bread - Louisville

This is not my neighbour, but I managed to meet this situation a few times ago. every time the escaping area was clean (with updated design) and eating the image is perfect.

This isn’t my neighborhood, but I have managed to hit this location a few times recently. Each time, the dining area has been clean (with updated design) and the food has been picture perfect.

I wouldn't come here again! We ordered an iced coffee, two toasted bagels, and a cinnamon roll. Instead, we got one untoasted, unsliced bagel, and a cup literally just full of cream. Had to try to get the coffee right 3 different times and each time it was filled with more cream. The line was also just like insanely slow. Go somewhere else!! Save yourself the frustration there's like a million Panera's in Louisville.

Choose another location. 30 minute drive thru wait despite only being the 7th person in line. my signature chicken sandwich was actually a spicy chicken sandwich that was severely burned, black spots on the bun.

Stopped in after a visit to the DMV. Needed coffee real bad. Excellent coffee and excellent service. Friendly and comfortable place. Even had a pastry. Yum. Not crowded at the time we went. Good food, drinks and courtesy. Enough said.
